Problem:
If the Ionmax Leone (ION625) is able to switch on, but the fan has stopped functioning and no water is being collected, it is an indicator that the unit’s pre-filter needs to be cleaned.
Solution:
Clean the pre-filter via light vacuuming or wiping down with a damp cloth. Reinsert the filter cover and hold down the sleep/reset button for five seconds. Your Ionmax Leone should resume working as usual.
