You can do so by logging into your Caltrace account.
1. From the Product page, click on the unit that you'd like to have calibrated under the management plan
2. From the Product Details page, click on "Book calibration".
3. A prompt will appear for you to select if you wish to use up any remaining management plan services you have
4. Select "Yes"
5. Check your e-mail to confirm your mailing details
Note: Kindly check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the e-mail within 5-10 minutes.
6. Once confirmed, a separate e-mail with the return label will be sent to you.
