This may be caused an unstable communication/connection between the KETOSCAN mini and the Ketoscan app.

Please follow the step to check the connection as below.

  1. Please check if the display of device is shown as below when it is connected with the app.

  1. If the display is similar to the image above, please turn off Bluetooth of the phone and on it again.
    Close the app and open it again, then try to reconnect the app with the device.

  2. If the display is not similar as the image above, please turn off Ketoscan mini and on it again.
    Close the app and open it again, then try to reconnect the app with the device.

Note: Connect the device via the App and not from your Bluetooth page/setting of your phone.
