Andatech Pty Ltd (ACN 602 437 196) (Andatech or we/us/our) is committed to creating safer workplaces, roads and communities by designing, manufacturing, selling and servicing alcohol and drug testing equipment, and air purification systems including related parts, components and services. Some of our products, such as our alcohol breath testers, by their very nature, may involve the collection of sensitive health information. We may collect this sensitive information directly from you, or through your employer or another organisation that is using these products.
Our Website
Our website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via email and/or SMS.
Andatech may use information relating to your visit to our website, or information you provide to us, for market research purposes in order to continually improve the products and services that Andatech delivers to you.

We utilise strict and up to date security protocols and systems in order to protect you and ourselves from external information breaches, including physical security measures, and restricted access to electronic records.
Subject to all applicable laws and our professional obligations, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was obtained. In accordance with our legal obligations, our general practice is to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information after 5 years, unless we are required by law to destroy your Personal Information sooner or to retain your Personal Information for a longer period.
Overseas Disclosure
We do not generally disclose your Personal Information to overseas recipients. However, from time to time we may disclose Personal Information to:
