How do rental payments work?
Rentals are automatically renewed on a monthly basis.
The system will automatically charge your credit card each month.
Can I pause or cancel a rental plan?
The Ionmax+ Aire rentals will be fixed at 12, 24, or 36 months and cannot be paused or cancelled during the rental period.
Can I skip or reschedule a charge?
No, you cannot skip or reschedule a credit card charge during the rental period.
Can I add products to my rental?
No, only the Ionmax+ Aire and Aire X air purifiers are available for rental at this stage.
What happens if the payment can't be processed?
The system will continue trying to charge your card.
Additionally, you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
