By placing a pickup order, you agree to the following terms:

  • Order Confirmation

    You’ll receive a confirmation email or notification once your order is placed. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer a replacement or refund.

  • Pickup Process

    Please bring your order confirmation (email or order number) when picking up your order. We may ask for ID or payment verification. If someone else is picking up your order, they must show the order confirmation and a valid ID.

  • Pickup Location

    Orders can only be picked up from our office location (Vermont, VIC) during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm), as detailed in the pick up confirmation email.

  • Order Holding Policy

    We will hold your order for up to 30 days. If it is not picked up within this time, it will be automatically canceled and refunded

  • Refunds & Returns

    All sales are final upon pickup. Please check your order before leaving. If there’s an issue, contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

  • Liability

    Once you pick up your order, we are not responsible for any loss or damage. Please ensure your order is correct and in good condition before leaving.

  • Unforeseen Delays

    We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or unexpected closures.

  • Policy Updates

    We may update these terms at any time without notice.
