Factors that can cause someone to appear drunk even when a breathalyser shows no alcohol detected. 


These include:


1.Timing of the test – alcohol may not yet have reached the breath, or it may have already metabolized.
2. Ambient environment – temperature, humidity, or nearby chemicals can affect readings.
3. Individual differences – metabolism, body weight, and food intake can influence how alcohol shows in the breath.
4. Testing technique – incorrect blowing or a short sample can give a falsely low reading.
