If the Ionmax Rhine Pro ION651 Compressor Dehumidifier Air Purifier is not producing any airflow, please check the following:
- Power and settings: Ensure the unit is powered on and that a fan speed or operating mode has been selected.
- Filter installation: Confirm that the filter is correctly installed and not obstructing the air inlet or outlet.
- Air inlet/outlet blockage: Check that the air intake and exhaust vents are not blocked by dust, objects, or debris.
- Safety switches: Make sure the water tank is properly inserted, as the unit may not operate if the tank is not seated correctly.
- Protection mode: The unit may stop airflow if it detects an internal fault or overheating.
Please ensure that the plastic protective film has been completely removed from the air filter.
