If the Ionmax Venta 8L Desiccant Dehumidifier is running but not collecting water, please check the following possible causes:

1. Ensure that the protective plastic film has been removed from the HEPA filter befor
e use. Leaving the plastic packaging on the filter may restrict airflow and affect dehumidifying performance.

2. The room humidity level may already be low. Dehumidifiers collect less water when the surrounding air has low moisture levels.

3. Please check the target humidity setting. If the selected humidity level is set too high, the unit may stop dehumidifying once that level is reached.

4. Inspect the air filter and ensure it is clean and correctly installed. A dirty or clogged filter can reduce airflow and impact water collection performance.

5. Make sure the air inlet and outlet are not blocked by walls, curtains, furniture, or dust buildup, as restricted airflow may affect operation.

6. Ensure that doors and windows in the room are closed while the unit is operating for best performance.
