If the dehumidifier stops operating, please perform the following checks:
1. Check whether the water tank is full.
If the “Water Tank Full” indicator is illuminated on the display panel, empty the tank and reinstall it securely before restarting the unit.
2. Ensure that the water tank is installed correctly and fully positioned in place.
The unit will not operate if the tank is not seated properly.
3. Verify that the room humidity level has not already reached the selected target humidity setting.
Once the target level is reached, the unit may stop automatically until humidity increases again.
4. If the timer function has been enabled, please check whether the set operating time has already been reached, as the unit will stop automatically when the timer ends.
5. Make sure the air inlet and outlet are not blocked by curtains, walls, dust buildup, or other objects that may restrict airflow.
6. Inspect the air filter and confirm it is clean and properly installed.
A dirty or clogged filter can affect airflow and reduce performance.
7. Ensure that any protective filter film or packaging material has been removed before use.
8. Please confirm that the unit is connected securely to a working power outlet and that the power cord is not loose or damaged.
