Yes, it is possible, the negative ions function can be turned off.but not from the air purifier's control panel.
- The negative ionizer turns on automatically whenever the air purifier is powered on.
- It cannot be turned off using the buttons on the unit.
To disable the negative ion function, you must use the Ionmax mobile app after connecting the purifier to Wi-Fi.
- Open the Tuya app, select the device, then go to Settings.
- Please turn off the Anion in the app (This only applies to the app settings.)
